Students will choose one of the following criteria to use in the third column of the GPAI.  Criteria must be appropriately matched to the task being performed.
 

1.  Base - Ability of the player to return home or to a recovery position between skill attempts.

2.  Adjust - Ability of a player to move efficiently either offensively or defensively.

3.  Supporter - Ability of a player to move into a position to receive a pass when a teammate has
                      possession.

4.  Cover - Ability of a player to provide defensive help either through on the ball skills or off the ball
                 movements.

5.  Guard or Mark - Ability of a player to effectively defend against an opponent who may or may not
                              have the ball.
